Scientific and Systematic Management for Accurate Detection and Restoration Scientific and Systematic Management.
In-Service Endoscopic Camera
∙ Diagnoses scale buildup inside the pipeline by capturing footage with a camera while the line remains in service.
∙ Inserts a high-resolution camera into pipes with diameters of 100mm or larger to monitor and record internal conditions in real time.
Pipeline CCTV Inspection
∙ Remotely controls a self-propelled crawler equipped with a pan/tilt camera (1.3 megapixels) from the surface, moving forward/backward inside the pipeline while monitoring the internal condition on the surface.
Leak Detection
∙ Detects acoustic waves propagated through the fluid (not the pipe wall) using a hydrophone to locate leaks.
∙ Attaches hydrophone-based sensors at both ends of the suspected section, measures acoustic signals, and analyzes them to estimate the leak location.
∙ Applicable to all pipe materials, including plastic pipes.
Buried Pipeline Location Survey
∙ Diagnoses the interior of small-diameter pipes using a push-rod camera and pipeline locating equipment.
∙ Detects signals generated in buried pipelines through a receiver on the ground quickly and easily via a transmitte.r
∙ Universal 33KHz transmitter frequency mode.
∙ Inserts a cable into the pipe and applies a frequency; locates the pipeline by detecting the frequency emitted from the internal cable externally.
